The mission of Asia International is to offer small and mid-size companies the purchasing services they would obtain if they had their own ?representative offices? throughout Asia. Our objective is to assure that our clients can effectively compete with larger size companies that have on-the-ground operations in Asia.

  1. You request a product. From the comfort of your office you can ask for any product, any time, from rubber bands to trucks. You can contact us via e-mail, fax or phone to make any request. There is no need to wait for the next trade fair or to travel to Asia.
  2. We search for the most suitable supplier in Asia and send you samples. You can send us a sample of the product you are looking for, you can send us digital images via Internet or we can design it for you. We will then evaluate which country in Asia can best meet your needs and look for the best suppliers. Asia International has qualified more than 12,000 suppliers before entering them into our extensive database. Within a few days we will send you information, digital images and samples for your evaluation.
  3. We negotiate the lowest price in the industry. We represent companies in more than 20 Western countries so suppliers know we have tremendous buying power. Our buying power, expert knowledge of the market, understanding of Asian business culture and native staff allow us to negotiate the lowest price in the industry for your product request. We contact several suppliers who compete with each other to give us the lowest price.
  4. We have experienced Western employees based full-time in Asia. Experience shows that ?misunderstandings? are minimized if you deal directly with a Western company. Since our Western employees live in Asia, they fully understand the business culture here and they are also supported by a large team of native Asians. We currently employ Western staff who are native speakers of English, Spanish, and French.
  5. You buy DIRECTLY from the supplier and we control production quality and ensure timely delivery. Remember: we are not intermediaries, you buy directly from the best suppliers. We do not buy or sell, we are a service company that acts as your Purchasing Department in Asia. Our objective is to enable you to save money by buying directly from the most reliable Asian suppliers in a hassle and risk-free way. We make as many trips as necessary to the factory, free of charge, before, during and after production to obtain the quality, delivery time and other special conditions you request. The samples given to us by the supplier during the bidding period are used to assure the production is identical. Nothing can be shipped from the factory without our final quality control stamp. We are experienced in negotiating with suppliers to get the shortest delivery times, special packing, product exclusivity, security agreements for copyrights, payment terms, and more.
